The following Terms and Conditions apply to resort guests at Talisman Apartments, Broadbeach Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Talisman Apartments website, through any online travel agencies, email, phone and payments via payment gateway system through Talisman Caroway Investments Pty Ltd.

 

Pre-Arrival Credit Card Policy: Valid credit card information in the name of the guest is required to secure your reservation. A credit card in the name of any other person will not be accepted. The credit card linked to your booking will be processed on the designated date as per the terms and conditions on your reservation. Invalid credit card details or an expired credit card at the time payment is processed may result in the transaction being declined, in which case you will be notified and requested to make contact within 24 hours. In the event your credit card declines the property reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice. Please ensure the credit card information is correct and the expiry date of the card is in line with the cancelation policy at the time of your reservation to avoid any issues. Please note, the credit card used to process payment must be presented at the time of check-in.

 

Deposit & Cancellation Policy (dates are subject to change): FREE Cancellation until 14 Days prior to arrival. Full non-refundable prepayment will be taken on the credit card provided 14 Days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 14 Days the payment made will be used as a cancellation fee.

 

Date Changes: Changes to dates are permitted only within the 14 day cancellation period after this we aren't able to honour change of date requests as the booking effectively becomes non refundable and non changeable.

 

Non Refundable: Non Refundable reservations will be charged in full at the time of reservation. Insurance: Talisman Apartments, Broadbeach strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy includes, but is not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.

 

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel: Each rate booked at a Talisman Apartments Broadbeach is subject to a cancellation policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the cancellation policy of the particular type of rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early you will forfeit any monies paid for the remaining nights. Please note that failure to arrive on the reserved arrival date will automatically release your reservation and the booking is no longer held in our system. If you are not planning on arriving on your reserved arrival date but the next day, please contact the property to advise of your pre-register arrival intentions.

 

Payment Options: Bank Transfer (please contact the resort directly to organise bank payment); Payment by Credit Card: All credit/debit card payments made to Talisman Apartments Broadbeach will not incur a credit card fee.

Pre Authorisation: Every guest will be required to provide a $500 pre authorisation security bond amount on a nominated card for the duration of their stay. Pending no damage or broken rules the deposit will be released to you the day after you check out.

 

Special Requests: Whilst we try to fulfil your preferred stay requests, please do note that these are requests only and we cannot guarantee view or floors prior to arrival.

 

Arrival Car Parking: 1x Carpark per apartment is complimentary. Our reception team will assist with further instructions upon arrival.

 

Identification: The guest must provide a credit card in the name of the person booking otherwise arrangements to be made with management before check in.

 

Extra Guest Policy: An extra guest fee of $45 per night applies if over the maximum for that room. This included a rollaway bed with linen for the entirety of the stay.

 

Cot Hire: We are able to arrange a cot and linen for you as well as other child/infant friendly items. Please contact our office for pricing. Please note there is a 3 night minimum hire requirement for this service.

 

Facilities: If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, we recommend contacting the resort prior to booking. Talisman Apartments Broadbeach cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services. 

 

Apartment Images: Photos shown on the website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you. Destination images featured on the Talisman Apartments website may not represent the views offered from our locations. The accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

 

Housekeeping: We are fully self-serviced apartments where you have the luxury of your own self-contained unit. All linen and a starter pack of amenities is provided for your stay, however, if you do find you require more, we can happily provide this to you for an additional cost from our friendly reception team.

 

Early Check in & Late Check-Out: Late check-outs are available upon request/subject to availability. Please contact reception to check availability. We charge a $30 per hour fee if this service is booked in advance. A late check-out fee will apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

 

No Party Policy: Talisman Apartments has a strict no-party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the resort reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises as well as the security deposit of $500 being held. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non-refundable. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs. If there is a complaint about the behaviour of guests, Talisman staff may at it’s discretion enter your apartment to investigate.

 

Relocation: In the event of a situation whereby the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed for whatever reason, the property will undertake to relocate guests to a comparable alternate Talisman at its absolute discretion with no additional cost to the guest. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a higher standard other than offered under this condition, the guest will be required to pay any price difference.

Should the guest not wish to accept the relocation, a full refund and booking cancellation may be granted.

 

Smoking Policy: Talisman Apartments are smoke-free inside, smoking is allowed on the balconies providing the doors are closed. Any smoke smell inside the unit is a breach of rules and will result in you losing your $500 security deposit.
