Yes both the pool and spa are heated all year round.

All apartments are two bedroom. If a one bedroom apartment is requested, we close off the second bedroom and second bathroom and charge a one bedroom rate. The main bedroom has a queen bed with shower ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds and bathroom has a shower over the bath.  Renovated apartments have removed the bath and have a walk in shower. The one bedroom configuration is not available during the High and Mid seasons

Additional charges will apply if the additional bedroom or bathroom are used.

Yes, Talisman has FREE secure underground parking for one car per apartment. The height is 1.97 metres. Security cameras are also installed in the carpark and other common areas. Outside office hours, the lifts can only be accessed by apartment guests.

The closest airport to Talisman is the Gold Coast Airport in Coolangatta. This is approximately a 25-minute drive to Broadbeach.

Brisbane airport is approximately 1.5 hours by car or you can catch a train to Helensvale, then a tram to Broadbeach North which is a short walk to Talisman. 

You can also book door to door bus transfers from either airport. Limousines and taxis can also be an affordable option.

The office reception is open as follows:
8.30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00am – 11.30am (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

If you will be arriving outside of these hours, your keys will be available through our after-hours service. Upon arriving at Talisman, there is a late check-in Hybrex system terminal at the front entrance. Press the blue bell and Opus our after hours answering service will assist you. You will be given the code for the night safe that will contain your apartment keys and instructions on how to access your booked apartment. Please come to the reception in the morning to complete check-in formalities.

All of our apartments are fully self-contained. Facilities include Foxtel cable TV, PABX telephone service, DVD players, dishwashers, microwave ovens, kitchens and cooking utensils as well as separate laundries with washing machine and clothes dryer.

All apartments offer Foxtel cable TV. The package offers the basic channels, some movie channels and all Fox sports including the racing channel.

Guests can log in with their private Netflix accounts in an apartment with a Smart TV.

We offer complimentary unlimited WIFI 

Baby cots, prams and additional rollaway beds can be hired through reception.

Yes. When booking an apartment, prices quoted cover two persons in a one bedroom apartment and 4 persons in a two bedroom apartment. The maximum number of persons allowed in a one bedroom apartment is 2 persons. The maximum number of persons allowed in a two bedroom apartment is 5 persons.

Rollaway beds are available for hire for an additional person if required. The charge for each additional person is $45 per day (low season) which includes the hire of a rollaway bed and linen.

As our apartments are self-contained with laundry and kitchen facilities they are not serviced on a daily basis. Linen, including towels are provided for your arrival. A complimentary starter pack of soap, toilet paper, sachet of kitchen and laundry washing powder and tea/coffee making requirements are provided.

Additional provisions are the responsibility of the guests.

All our apartments are serviced on stays of 7 nights or more.

Daily services and linen changes can be provided, but an additional charge will be incurred. Any additional services can be arranged through reception.

Talisman is located in the heart of Broadbeach within walking distance to all the Broadbeach attractions and entertainment but far enough away to avoid the noise.
