Is the Swimming Pool Heated?
Yes our swimming pool is heated to 32 degree's all year round
Are the apartments serviced daily?
Our apartments are fully equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities, designed for self-sufficiency rather than daily servicing. Upon arrival, linen and towels are provided, along with a complimentary starter pack containing soap, toilet paper, kitchen and laundry washing powder sachets, and tea/coffee essentials.
For stays of 7 nights or longer, our apartments are serviced regularly. Daily cleaning and linen changes are available for an extra fee and can be arranged through our reception. Guests are responsible for any additional provisions needed during their stay
How far is Talisman away from the Broadbeach precint?
Talisman Apartments is located directly across the road from Kurrawa Park, less then a 5 min walk to the surf club & Oasis shopping centre which includes a Woolworths as well as various food options.
Do you have secure parking?
Yes, Talisman has FREE secure underground parking for one car per apartment. The height is 1.97 metres. Security cameras are also installed in the carpark and other common areas. Outside office hours, the lifts can only be accessed by apartment guests. Additional parking may be arranged subject to availability at $10 per night.
What if I arrive after reception is closed?
Please ensure you complete the online check in process with our team during reception hours. You will then recieve late arrival information for the apartment. This will limit any delays at check in.
Do you have baby equipment available?
We offer rental services for cots and other baby essentials that you may need during your stay. There is a minimum 3-night hire charge for these items. Please contact our reception at least 2 days before your scheduled check-in so we can ensure the availability of the items you require
What's the best way to get to Talisman?
The closest airport to Talisman is Coolangatta Airport, This is approximately a 25-minute drive.
Brisbane airport is approximately 1.5 hours by car or you can catch a train to Helensvale, then a tram to Broadbeach North which is a short walk to Talisman.
Can I have additional people stay with me?
Yes. When booking an apartment, prices quoted cover two persons in a one bedroom apartment and 4 persons in a two bedroom apartment. The maximum number of persons allowed in a one bedroom apartment is 3 persons. The maximum number of persons allowed in a two bedroom apartment is 5 persons. The extra guest will incur a charge of $45 per night this includes a rollaway bed with linen.
Is internet included in my stay?
Yes fast and free wifi with unlimited downloads is included as part of your stay with each apartment having it's own modem for maximum speeds.
Is cable TV included free of charge?
Foxtel with all 150 channels are included in your accomodation price. It also has casting ability so you are able to cast any of the steaming apps off your device. (BYOL - bring your own logins)
